Oaty Cereal Bars

This is a good idea, but way too sweet. I'll use the basic ingredients again but try to find away to make it less sweet (any ideas?) Also the 9x13 pan means you'll have skinny flat bars, so I would recommend a smaller pan (8x8ish).

White Russian Brownies

Very good-I sprinkled swirled chocolate chips on top...a little too much cream cheese...Definitely cook for longer than it says, though!! I had to throw it back in after taking it out. Could be a little more chocolate-y, too. Overall a big crown pleaser!!!

Fast Fried Rice

pretty good, but i used chicken instead of boca (cage free of course) and broccoli in place of mushrooms (i like mushrooms but had frozen broccoli to use up so what the heck). i flavored it up with curry, garam masala, cumin, and ginger (my fave 4), it turned out very well. next time ill add cashews!

Eggplant and Mushrooms with Wild Rice

I have to admit, I decided to go for an ethnic twist to this one, so I substituted coconut milk for half and half, and used cumin, curry, ginger, and garam masala in place of the salt/pepper/seasoning. It was awesome! Very hearty, filling, and easy to make! Thank You!
