Sour Cream Corn Bread

Oh Yes! This is fabulous! I omit the onion and pimento because I like to mix honey and butter and serve it along side.

My husband suggested we do the delicious 'Wife Saver' breakfast that our daughter usually does for Christmas mornings, but I wanted that to remain as her Christmas breakfast, so I did up this instead..well..I hit it big again! I did tho try to cut the fat where I could..1/2 fat soup, fewer whole eggs...more egg whites, turkey sausage and light cheddar cheese. I will do this many, many times in the future.

Ma Lipo's Apricot-Glazed Turkey with Roasted Onion and Shallot Gravy

To save time, I used a Butterball turkey, didn't do the gravy recipe, BUT...the Apricot Glaze is sensational! The glaze flavoured the gravy with a subtle sweetness..it was an enormous hit..everyone knew there was something a little different about this turkey and gravy..didn't know just what, but every single guest commented favourably. I doubt I will ever again cook a turkey ..or a chicken for that matter..without this glaze.

Easy Sausage Cheese Balls

I wish I had read the reviews first because I too would have made the changes..up the sausage, and cut the baking mix. As the recipe reads..it was very dry, but with a pork gravy...very nice!. I did them up as a trial before Xmas Eve..and I will now do them with the changes recommended by the readers.
