Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
Great Base Recipe! The taste is awesome and I'm going to use it for calzones as well. The only thing I would do different is try to flatten the dough much thinner before baking, because as others noted, it is quite a lot of dough, and even with an extra large pan the cooked dough was just a little to thick than I would prefer.

Tzatziki Sauce (Yogurt and Cucumber Dip)
Tastes GREAT! I did use Greek-style yogurt, because I didn't want to mess with straining and draining. It turned out awesome. The only thing I added was a bit of finely chopped dill, and it turned out excellent. Also, because I used really thick Greek yogurt, I didn't even make a big deal out of straining the cucumber. I did pat it down a bit after I grated it, and used a hothouse(English cucumber), so maybe that made a difference. If you use real Greek yogurt, you can't really go wrong. Just add ingredients to your taste. You'll be glad you did! Tastes fresh and better than most restaurants!

Stuffed Zucchini
So glad I tried this recipe! My husband and I loved it. I did brown the meat first with some onion and all the other ingredients. Glad I did because I had extra topping even though I bought jumbo zucchinis at the produce stand.Cooked in the oven for 30 minutes. I boiled pasta and put the extra meat sauce over the top. Great! Also served over rice is a good combination as pictured!
