I have made this several times using the Parmesan cheese in the container with the green lid, & it was very good! This time, I read through the reviews & came across one from the original submitter of the recipe to use REAL shredded Parmesan on top. So, thats what I did this time around, and it was SO MUCH BETTER! My husband claimed he was full, but kept going back for more. I had a surplus of fresh jalapenos & banana peppers in my garden, so I used those this time instead of the canned ones, and its even better. But it also really really good with the canned ones!
