Quick and Easy Home Fries
If it says potatoe we love it. My version can be used for any kind of meal. We wedge slice these leaving the skins on. I take a storage bag put 1/2 cup olive oil in it, add Mr.mrs Dash. Add the potatoes and make sure they are coated. Line a cookie sheet with foil, pour out the potatoes on the sheet. Bake in oven, 350 degrees for 25min. or until done to your liking. woohoo Taters!!

Quick Gnocchi
Nothing tastes as good as the REAL potato. My son was home from school and learned how to make this pasta in Italy. He said he cringed when he read your methods. The other option of putting bits of romano cheese in the middle of the gnocchi is important. He also used some a bit melted first for the dough. Rosemary is his flavor of choice added to the dough. Try it you may really like it! Bono! and Good Fortune
