Spicy Vegetarian Lasagna
I made this recipe almost as written, and I loved it. A lot of reviewers felt that the sauce was lacking something, and others felt it was a bit runny. Remember that in step 2, the submitter suggests to add more red pepper flakes if desired. Once your sauce has simmered for 15 minutes, give it a taste and see if it needs some extra kick. Additionally, I omit the water from step 2, and i also add extra tomato paste to create a thicker sauce.

Tzatziki Sauce I
This is great, i make it all the time to accompany bbq chicken, kabobs, or sweet potato fries. As other reviewers have suggested, i finely shred 1/2 a cucumber and add. Of course, try to dry the shredded cucumber as best as possible, otherwise the tzatziki is too watery. Using a balkan-style yogurt also makes it more authentic.

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins
This is a good base, but I think it requires some personalizing to make it great. I will make these again, no doubt. Next time with a lot less cinnamon, more vanilla, and blueberries instead of strawberries. To each their own; the possibilities are endless.
