Lemon Square Bars

Decreased butter by 2 tbsp and used softened (not melted) butter. Used fresh lemon juice and zest of three lemons. Kept everything else as written and these were a HUGE hit. Very good recipe!!!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Followed recipe exactly as written. These are perfect. Usually homemade brownies can't compete with the boxed mix (in my opinion) in texture or taste and aren't worth the time and expense. These are! My daughter raced about them, and her compliments are hard to come by. This recipe will definitely replace the box mix in my house. Amazingly good.

Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy

The best gravy I have ever had. I don't normally like gravy but this was incredible. I followed recipe as written and put gravy in a small crock pot on Thanksgiving. Everyone raved about the gravy more than any other part of the meal. Thank you!

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Very good and sooo easy! I used 4 egg yolks, one can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of key lime juice and 6 premade mini graham cracker shells. The mix was just the right amount to fill the 6 crusts. Baked as recipe says. They came out great. Thanks!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

I followed the recipe as given except I used one can of Cream of Chicken & Mushroom soup. I also doubled the cheese. My VERY picky daughter devoured it-- she even ate the broccoli!! I will definitely be making more of this great and easy dish. Thank you!

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. I made it for a friend at work and everyone was raving. I did double the Irish Cream to 1/2 cup and the cake did crack, but the taste was better than any I have ever had (much less made!!)... it was fantastic. Thank you!!

Spinach Mushroom Quiche

This was an excellent recipe. I used hearty vegetable soup mix because I couldn't find the recommended kind. The quiche looked beautiful and my husband said it was one of the best he has ever tasted. This was my first quiche and it was very easy and delicious. Thank you for the great recipe!!

Lemon Bars II

This recipe was okay, but it had way too much dough. I added 1 tsp. of lemon extract and the lemon flavor was good except the dough got in the way of really enjoying the lemon tatse. Next time I will halve or quarter the dough and bake in an 8x8 pan and adjust the baking time. Thanks for the recipe.
