Spooky Calzone Snake

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2011
Very good filling! The snake was easy to shape and paint. I used pillsbury pizza dough because I was short on time. I do plan to make the pizza dough myself sometime when I have more time.

Ham N Egg Skillet

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
This recipe is awesome. I make breakfast casseroles and breakfast pizza, etc., but this is my all-time favorite. There isn't one ingredient that over powers others--you can taste and savor each flavor and texture. Thank you LuEllen!

Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
Absolutely scrumptious! My husband has been describing what kind of "dough" he likes in a cobbler for years, and finally I've found it: A nice golden crust that has risen to the top, a middle crust that is soft but not cake-like, and bottom crust that is gooey. Now, put whatever fruit filling you want, and it's unbeatable. Thank you Martha and Taste of Home.

Italian Herb Bread I

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
I enjoyed the bread--It wasn't the very best I've tried but it was very good sliced, toasted with butter and cheese. You don't have to add any seasonings to the butter and cheese since they are already in the bread.

Apricot Brandy Pound Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
This pound cake tastes fantastic! And Ive never been a fan of pound cake before. The reason I tried this recipe is because I wanted to use my new pumpkin shaped bundt pans and Ive tried other types of cakes from ooey gooey to light and airy but the pound cake kept its shape and was very attractive after I decorated the top with fondant. Then I was really really pleasantly surprised at how flavorful and moist it was. The only thing I did different was putting some food coloring in the cake batter to make it pumpkin colored. Thanks for the recipe!
