Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2014
Good recipe with a fudgy quality! It's a bit sweet for my taste, so I added 1 ounce of chocolate and didn't use the water, I didn't need it! Sticky and sweet but easily spreadible, I recommend to use it with a not so sweet cake/cupcake!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
I liked it a lot! It was tasty but a bit dry, so next time I'll skip the bread crumbs..! Also, I didn't try the sauce, but instead I served them with same fresh tomato chunky sauce and plain greek yogurt! My husband loved them! So, it's 4.5/5 for us!

Tasty Buns

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2014
Very easy and tasty indeed... Although I've replaced 1/2 of the oil with some (leftover!) melted butter and they turned out divine! I'll be making them again (and again and again!) and try them with some whole grain flour too!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2014
This is a very good recipe indeed, a little bit on the sweet side for me though! Make sure the logs are completely cool before you cut them or else they crumble -crazy crumbling, seriously! To reduce the olive oil aftertaste I've replaced 2 tablespoons of it with vegetable (corn) oil, and they turned out fine! Also, they are so versatile! I'll bake them again for sure!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2013
This recipe is delicious! I was searching for a long time for a good chocolate chip cookies recipe and I am super pleased! Mission accomplished! I've made some modifications though..: I don't like baking soda's taste, so I've replace it with backing powder. Also, I've made them large (using a mega-spoonful!), with chopped chocolate instead of chocolate chips, skipped the walnuts and baked them for 10-12 minutes.. Perfection!
