Grandma's Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Very tasty. Overdosed on stock, because I had a quart of beef stock canned a while back, and because I had more pork chops to cook than good sense. So instead of water I just added the juices to the cornstarch at the end. Made great gravy.

Easy Roast Leg of Lamb

Very tasty; used a quart of my own home-canned tomato sauce, which condensed on the roasting pan to make a very nice reduction with the drippings from the lamb. Agree with others who say that it took considerably longer than advertised to roast (2.5 hours sounds about right).
