I had all of the things I needed for this recipe at my house so I decided to give it a whirl. Super easy to make and super yummy.

Thai Chicken Pizza

Love this recipe...Didn't use Boboli, but pilsbury thin crust pizza dough. It came out fabulous, almost crossaint like. I also broiled the chicken. Yummy!

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2007
This is what happens when you change the recipe too much. We added onions and tomatoes. For some reason it was really soupy. It never really seemed to thicken. Less salt could be used also.

Classic Spanish Sangria

A 10 star recipe! I am known by my friends and family as making the best sangria ever....and this is the recipe I use. I add a cup of 7up. Otherwise it will knock everyone drinking it on their butt!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2005
My boyfriend is a fantastic cook and he begs me to make this meal. 1/2 the oil is needed (oil is also added from the sausage) and we add onions when we add the garlic. My favorite recipe!

Shrimp Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2004
Great! As stated in most reviews. Add more sprouts. I made it with 2 cups and it still wasn't enough. Also, I would add the sprouts in at step 3 because I would have liked them to be a bit more crunchy. The rice was a bit soggy, so next time I will take the rice out of the water a little before it is done. I will make this one again, for sure! I think it was almost better when it was reheated the next day!

Taco Dip I

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2004
Just like the store, but I didn't realize when writing down the ingredients, that is serves 25 people. I had Taco dip in my fridge for a week after and was bringing it to work, the doctors office..everywhere. Anyway, next time I will make it for 8 servings, for a nice regular size taco dip platter.

Stuffed Green Peppers II

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2004
Wonderful...my boyfriend loved it (he's a tough one to please)I used ground turkey, to cut down on the calories. I cooked the peppers a bit longer so they were more moist, but my boyfriend prefered them more crisp. Just a matter of your taste...

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2004
I made this and it was a crowd pleaser! The changes that I made: I used lean ground turkey (no one even noticed) and I also added 1/4 cup of celery. Marvelous!! A must try and I cooked for a very picky group of people.
