Easy Swedish Pancakes

Reviewed: May 4, 2014
Thank you Kari for this recipe. Me and my family love these pancakes. I used all the same ingredients and followed the directions to a T. The only thing I changed were the measurements for the ingredients: 7 eggs, 3 C milk, 2 C flour, 2 pinch of salt, 2 Tbl of sugar, 4 Tbl. Of melted butter. Cooked in two frying pans over medium heat for about a minute each on each side. Makes plenty, and left overs are still good refrigerated, which the kids love to eat as a snack later on. Thx again. God bless

Easy Pie Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2014
This is the best and easiest pie crust. We used it for Chicken Pot Pie IX Allrecipe and it was perfect with it My husband and daughter commented on the crust being the best. She said the crust is the bomb. I just doubled recipe and cut in half after rolling into ball. For top crust I just rolled half the dough between two parchment paper and flipped over the pie filling. A little ripped off but I just placed it on top and put remaining dough overlapping. It still looked pretty. Simple ingredients but really delicious. I even tasted it raw and it was already yummy. Thank you for sharing. God bless

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2014
Me and my family loved this. The things I did different was to add knorr bouillon to the boiling water for the chicken and veggies and then drained but saved 1 3/4 C broth to use for later step. I also only had broccoli and diced two russet potatoes for the veggies. My kids don't like seeing onions in their food so I just added onion powder after melting butter and used garlic powder cuz I had no celery seed. I also used Easy Pie Crust allrecipe. I followed everything else to the t and my family and I really enjoyed it. My husband wanted me to pack the left overs for his lunch and my daughter came home from school asking if there was any leftover pot pie she could eat. Thank you for sharing and God bless

Master Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2013
Great easy pizza dough recipe. I followed this recipe to the T and I was able to get two 9x13 cookie sheets crusts. I overlapped the trays with parchment paper made creases outlining trays. I placed the parchment paper on counter put 1/2 the dough on it put aother par. Paper on top and rolled it to the shape of the 9x13 rectangle and put the paper with dough back on tray. I put sauce and toppings on with out worrying about it getting on tray because of the overlapping parchment paper. I cut the excess paper so it didn't touch oven rack put it in oven and repeated the same thing for the vother 1/2 of dough. My pizza cooked perfectly in 19-21 minutes. Kids and hubby loved it and much cheaper and easier than picking up a pizza! Thank you for sharing recipe. God bless our home cooking:)

Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2013
I made this today using sugar free instant pudding because that's all the store had and it , and followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Cut the softened butter in together with the pudding and brown sugar. After you mix all ingredients together really well and squish together with hands it nenes the perfect roll out dough. I kept in the fridge for only the time it took to preheat oven. It really made it much easier to roll between parchment paper and pull off the extra dough. It was very easy to take extra dough squish together again and roll out and cut out more shapes. No dough was wasted and I was able to get about twenty four medium sized shapes. Really super easy, non sticky dough to work with (using parchment paper) the cookies held their shape great ( I posted pic of my gingerbread men and bears) after they came out of oven. Easy for kids to decorate and they loved eating them. Yummy and easy to make. Thank you for sharing this recipe and for all the helpful reviews. Merry Christmas!!!

Pie Crust III

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2013
I've never made a pie crust before, but because this looked so easy and I had the ingredients, I decided to give a try. I made pot pie with it, family loved it. I've also used it for apple pie and it was great for that too. So if you need a pie crust for savory or sweet dish, this is a great one to use. Such simple ingredients for a tasty crust. Thank you for sharing your recipe. God bless!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2013
Very delicious warm, and chilled! Followed exactly, minus raisins (my kids don't like them). Being Filipino, we always have rice left over, so this is a great way to use it. Thank you for sharing your recipe. God bless:)

Just Like Wendy's® Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
I made this tonight and me and my hubby (very picky) loved this. It really did taste like Wendy's, he said the only thing missing we're the saltine crackers:) the only thing I did different was cut recipe in half and after browning meat and the veggies, I through it in the crock pot with the rest of ingredients (drained and rinsed beans) and set it on low till we had dinner about 2-3 hours. Thank you for sharing your delicious recipe. Anyone wanting a very satisfying bowl of chili should try this one! God bless
