Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cake

I have made this recipe since I was 12 years old. Over 36 years! Every time I make it, it's a hit! I have always added half the bag of chips to the batter and sprinkled the rest on top with the nuts. It stays moist for several days.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Made as suggested but added a couple tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice and walnuts. The batch made 7 mini loaves. Perfect for my gift giving and everyone has loved them so far.

Best Tuna Casserole

I noticed that many are complaining about the dryness of this dish. Ever since I was little my mom mad tuna casserole. She added milk to hers to keep it moist. I have used milk in mine ever since. When I saw this recipe, it looked really good. So I made it and added 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk and it turned out wonderful.
