I love this recipe!!!! Iv'e tried this recipe several times and I've tried a lot of variations. The first time I made it, the bread wasn't sweet enough but I really think it's based on how sweet your banana's are. The next time I added 1/2 cup white sugar in addition to the 3/4 brown sugar. I also discovered that you can't put all the mixture into the loaf pan or it will overflow just a little. I also cook it for 90 minutes instead of 70 because it seems to still be a little wet when you take it out. I make this for my family all the time and they love it and ask for it any time we have overripe banana's.
