Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
Great way to use those fresh tomatoes. I did skin and seed the tomatoes first. I doubled the tomatoes and added more cloves of garlic. I also some fresh cream.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
It was awesome. I did however, use what was in the pantry and fridge. As others suggested. I used a basket of mushrooms some Worchester sauce, an onion, clove of garlic browned in butter and then added the flour,some milk and beef bouillon If you don't have poultry seasoning , season the beef as per your taste! Seasoning salt? onion powder? Trust your buds.

Easter Breakfast Casserole
I may be rating this higher than I should. It is very time consuming, tastes only fair and has far more Calories: 271 | Total Fat: 10.4g | Cholesterol: 48mg than I would ever feed all the thin ladies that party with us. If there were only guys coming over it would be a fifferent story.
