Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust
This is my first time making homemade crust! I love allrecipes! This crust is so flavorful and delicious. My husband was so intrigued watching me roll this out and so was I. The crust is so stable and easy to work with. I will be using this to create pies food and deserts for years to come.

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini
My husband was introduced to stouffer's when he was a child. I had never heard of tetrazzini until one day he was so excited and brought some home. I always wanted to make it homemade so that he would avoid all of the sodium and bad things in those pre cooked meals. Needless to say with the guidance of this recipe this will now be a family staple. I did use fresh chicken breast that was prepared in the oven with sea salt pepper and a little water to prevent browning. I chopped fresh celery, 2 cloves of fresh garlic, and fresh mushrooms. I did use the cream of celery the way it was recommended with a little milk and butter. This was just divine. I also made fresh wheat bread crumbs to mix with the shredded parmesean and added parsley for a little color. The topping is great nice and gooey. I will be making this for years to come!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I made this recipe and it was my first time making cheesecake. I used a water bath as suggested so many times and a springform pan. I had no cracks or anything. It turned out spectacular. I did add less flour and ground peanuts into the crust for added flavor. I also used a kitchenaid for mixing and didn't over do it. My husband who does NOT eat cheesecake had at least 5 slices of this one. This is a winning recipe. This week I am making it again but adding flavor and doing a different crust.
