Becca's Custom Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Yum!! A cross between a pot pie and shepherd pie. With ground turkey, this is awesome. Didn't have Zucchini, and added a little more spice.. but it turned out perfect.

Haven't ever made pumpkin seeds before. Super easy and tasty. Didn't have Old Bay, so as some noted I used seasoning salt. Lacked a little flavor, just need to over do the seasoning a bit and they'd be perfect.

Seafood Salad III

yummy. I took the advise of others and cut the mayo way down. Also added onions for crunch as I don't like celery. This is a keeper, it is as good (if not better since I can customize) as the stuff you buy in the deli.

Flavorful Flounder

Great flavor. It's winter here, so took other suggestions and baked it. Came out a little soggy this way, but tasted great. Can't wait to try this on the grill this summer. Iwas a bit nervous using Mayo, but added some minced onions (didn't have green) and some garlic to the mix. Our toddler loved it. Will definately make this again.
