Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
This was so good. I used 1/3 cup of corn starch intead of the flour and added 1/4 tsp of coconut extract. I also wisked in 1/4 of heavy cream after the custard was done cooking. yumm.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Very good chili. I did tweak it a little, but the base of it was the same. I also added corn to the chili which made it a little sweeter. Yum.

Apple Carrot Muffins
These are so yummy. I added 1 tsp of vanilla and grated the apple with the carrots. They are moist and light.
