Spoiled Baby Back Ribs

I found these to be okay. Just okay. I much prefer the recipe 'Barbecue ribs' posted by SEEsign on this site. If you like these you will think SEEsign's ribs are restaurant quality! Once cooked the sauce is sooo good! I tried this for something different but am going back to the SEEsign's ribs now for good!

Beef Stroganoff III

Really loved it! We had it with rice. I did add garlic and mariande in red wine as suggested by other reviewers. I also added fresh mushrooms but would saute them next time with the onion. I think I will try reduced fat sour cream next time. Thanks for sharing!

Grandma Smith's New Brunswick-Style Turkey Stuffing

Just what I was looking for! I am from Nova Scotia Canada but now live in Australia. It was hard to get summer savory but ordered savory on the internet. The only thing I did differently was omitt the celery and add some sugar so it would be as close as possible to my mums recipe!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

This is the BEST steak marinade I have ever had. The longer you marinade it the better. Overnight is the best. I used fresh garlic but other than that I followed the recipe exactly.

Marinade for Chicken

Very tasty! Marinaded overnight and put the chicken on the BBQ. I even used the left overs for a chicken salad the next day. Yummy!

Red Enchilada Sauce

Yummy! Loved it. I love spicy and this is just what I was looking for as the Old Elpaso enchalada mix in Australia is mild and different to the one we loved in the UK. A keeper! Used paste instead of sauce though.

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms

I loved this recipe but i did change a few things. I cubed the chicken added more paprika, cooked it set it aside and then cooked to rest of the ingredients with more paprika. I added some cream to the sauce which I think made it what it was. Delicious! We served it over rice.
