Frosted Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Delicious! Next time I might use semisweet chocolate in the topping instead of milk chocolate, because it was pretty sweet. I also topped it with raspberries. It's a winner!

Raspberry Lemonade Pie

I was really excited to make this, but it ended up not being to my taste. Both my husband and I didn't really care for it. I think the lemonade concentrate gave it too much sharpness and acidity, if that makes any sense.

Thai Noodle Salad

This is one of my favorite salads to make in the summer. I love it! It doesn't keep that well in the fridge, though. The cucumbers get kind of icky and the salad goes watery. Best to make it not long before you serve it. Also, refridgerating can affect the consistency and make the dressing and noodles kind of stiff. It still tastes good, it just doesn't look as pretty and is harder to serve.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

It was tasty stick-to-your-ribs comfort food. A word of caution: I think many of the newer slow cookers have a much higher temperature than the older ones. Mine does, anyhow. Parts of this recipe ended up charred to the edges of the cooker, and it was way under the recommended time. The middle was still edible though, and enjoyable:)
