this recipe is super good. next time i'd like to add more ricotta, spinach, the italian sausage, and no salt to the ricotta mixture. I bought Ragu for the sauce, the chunky one with mushrooms. prettttyyy good. and i used the no boil noodles too. thanks!!

Pretty good mashed potatoes. Better than my mom's. I added milk, I don't know how much, but quite a bit. They ended up creamy, just how I like them. Yum yum..

Very good. I used wheat rice because I couldn't find Arborio rice in our grocery store. And our cheap grocery store also didn't have feta cheese!...so I added mozzarella cheese and I added pieces of chicken breast to it. It was preeeeetty good!

This is the third year I make this recipe and it's always a hit! We've replaced our old recipe with this one. It's become a tradition. I kinda messed up on the recipe and I just realized this THIS year. In the turkey sausage part.. I missed reading the "ground" part. I actually bought regular sausage but since I couldn't find turkey... I got the one with beef, turkey and pork. Well, the interesting part is that.. I love it this way!! So I'm going to stick with sausage instead of the ground turkey. I'm sure it's good the other way... but I like it like this. Yaaaay for the error! Love it!

Maybe I did something wrong but mine cracked... I won't blame that on the recipe though! I must have done something that caused it to crack. Besides that... it was delicious! I was making it for a get together today and when my parents tried it, they were like.. make sure you give them VERY SMALL pieces. Haha! To cover up the cracks, I bought the strawberry glaze and strawberries. It's great!

I was actually about submit a recipe like this before I saw this one. Very similar to my aunts. She uses 2 bags of Success Rice... can't go wrong with that! Instead of sour cream, she used mexican cream. Similar but mexican cream is the best! Instead of the can of green chiles, my aunt uses chile poblano. She grills it, peels it and slices it very thin and long. She sautees with butter the sliced chile poblano, chopped onion and garlic. Instead of Monterrey Jack Cheese, she uses Queso Oaxaca which is mexican cheese... it's string-like. Awesome for quesadillas. She doesn't use cilantro but I'm sure that will make it taste even better! And instead of seasoning it with salt or anything else, she only uses Knorr Suiza. This is the real deal! Extremely Mexican! ;)
