Curried Cauliflower Soup

Deeelish!! But don't think you can skip the cauliflower and just add more onions LOL. Waaay too oniony and I like onions. So, I bought cauliflower the next day, doubled the rest of the ingredients to make up for the extra onions and it worked out wonderfully. Only change I made was beef stock instead of veggie, and omitted the garlic because I don't do garlic.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

YUM!!! Made twice. Once with no changes other than used salted butter and omitted the salt. And the second time I swapped a cup of flour for a cup of oatmeal. Both times, amazing! The oatmeal made them a bit crispier/crunchier which I preferred, but both ways were totally tasty. (note that I did use natural peanut butter, the kind that is made of peanuts only, not the processed sugar added hydrogenated kind)

Scalloped Potatoes II

Very tasty. I did use almond milk instead because I am lactose intolerant, and added a small onion diced very small, but it turned out very well. The only thing I will change for next time is to blend the flour and milk first, because there were still some flour clumps between some of the layers.

Tzatziki Sauce

Very the other reviews state(I wish I had read the reviews first), but I added a container full of cream cheese to thicken it up, and it tamed the mega-garlic too. Very tasty.

White Sauce for Pasta

Super Tasty, I am going to eat this sauce with everything from now on for the rest of my life. I didn't have any butter granules and just skipped them, and also subbed corn starch instead of flour cuz I cant have wheat gluten. If it's even better with the butter granules....WOW. I also tried replacing some of the chicken boullion with curry powder, also extremely tasty!

Chewy Granola Bars

Recipe was dry, crumbly, and tasted disgusting. Couldnt even use the crumbs for something else. With the simplicity of the recipes, I really cant see how I could have screwed up.
