Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2009
Very, very good. the only thing I would do a little differently is use a little less butter next time. Other than that, it was absolutely delicious.

Red Wine Flavored Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
This was fabulous! I used chicken broth instead of the water and also added a can of french onion soup along with the dry soup mix. It turned out so yummy! I served it over rice and my husband said it was the best roast I had ever cooked. I used a rump roast and it turned out perfectly!!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Ground Beef and Sausage in Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2006
The taste of this was really good; however, I gave it 4 stars because it did get very dry. I think next time I will add a can of chicken broth. I also served it over the rice instead of mixing it all together. I will definately make this again. My whole family enjoyed it. Thanks for a yummy recipe.

Chicken Spaghetti II

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2006
Delicious! My family loved it. Once I combined everything and had it mixed up really well, I put it in a casserole dish and sprinkled cheddar cheese on top and put it in the over until the cheese melted. If you don't like a little spice, use the mild Ro-tel. Thanks for a great, easy recipe.

Grilled Salmon I

Good. I baked mine at 350 for about 30 minutes and it turned out fine. I will probably use this marinade again. I'll try grilling next time. Salmon is always better grilled. Thanks for an easy, good marinade.

Wedding Cake Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2005
Great frosting! I used about 6 cups of sugar instead of the 8 called for. And, I beat the shortening and butter for about 20 minutes before adding the other ingredients. It turned out great. Thanks.

Cola Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2005
This is a recipe that is a favorite of ours. I have made this several times and it is very good. Chicken comes out moist and tastes a lot like barbeque chicken. I used the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and use diet cola. I usually shred the leftovers and make a sandwich for lunch. Very tasty, you've got to try it. And, it doesn't get any easier than this!! Enjoy!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2005
I would give this 10 stars if I could. I love spicy food, but I cut the cayenne pepper by half to better suit my family, It was still spicy, but delicious. If you don't like spicy, I would recommend omitting the cayenne pepper. The only other thing I did differently was I used instant rice and I added it in the crockpot at the end and just let it simmer for amount 20 more minutes until the rice had fluffed up. This is a very, very good jambalaya recipe. Definately a keeper. Being a native of Louisiana, I know good jambalaya!!!!
