Take a chance!

Hello everyone! Today I wanted to talk about creating new recipes. This task can sometimes prove to be challenging for some people. Some may be intimidated by going in blindly and using your own judgment but I find it exciting, having creative freedom and making your own decisions. Making your own recipe is really not just a chance to make good food but also to express who you are as a cook and as a person. Sometimes when you want to create a new recipe you have just got to take a chance, and that goes for many things in life. You have just got to take chances sometimes! Even though sometimes a recipe does not turn out like you originally intended, take a chance and keep on cooking! Not meaning to sound all cheesy, but the only person who can hold you back from doing something you really want to do is you! Just remember everyone, always try new things, have adventures, and think outside of the box!
