To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I don't actually know what went wrong but the sugar topping refused to dry out. When I took them out of the oven, the muffins were a hot bubbling mess. I took other peoples advice and filled them up 2/3 so nothing went wrong there but the blueberries burst and stained my muffins violet. Maybe it was my fault but I do know I did not over mix the batter or put too many blueberries in. On the contrary, I only added 3/4 cup of blueberries. The taste was okay though the appearance was really not up to expectation. One muffin was even swimming in its own little puddle of oil!

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce
This recipe is O.K. I guess. I'm quite annoyed that it boiled over and made quite a mess of my kitchen. It required quite a few ingredients so that was a plus. However, it took a SUPER long time to cool down b4 I could put it in the fridge. Make sure to use a BIG pot so that it wont bubble over, use lesser sugar, about two and a half? and enjoy!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
It was awesome!!!! Very much like chowder, also quite forgiving. I am quite a disorganized and terrible person, I just chopped 3/4 of a medium onion, added 1-1/2 of corn flour and an additional 2 cups of warm water. I had no celery and ham so I used only potatoes and carrots :) It was delicious and tasted just like wat u get in restaurants
