Brunch Lunch
This was good. I suggest using a flavored bread - I used Rosemary Olive Bread for the bread cubes. It gave it an extra flavor boost. Also, I added onion.

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad
Very Good. I used canned chicken for ease. The dressing is delish.

Tuna Macaroni Salad
Good. I omitted the tuna and added egg and served it as a side dish. Then to the leftovers I added chicken that I marinated in italian dressing to have for lunches that week. I recommend that you refridgerate the salad overnight, it gives time for all the flavors to meld.
