Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Great recipe. I personally LOVE salsa verde! I did change a couple of things. I substituted the 2 cups of water for 1/2 cup of water and a 1/2 white distilled vinegar and 1 whole jalapeno pepper instead of the serrano. I also blended ALL the ingredients 1st then simmered it in a pot for about 15 minutes. Turns out perfect. Tart, tangy, and just hot enough. Eat it right away or can it for later. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

Habanero Cookies

Thought they were awesome, a big hit with everyone that tried them. I altered it some, used organic sugar, butter and flower, lessened the peppers by half and added some dried cranberries & mangos and pecans. Turned out delicious. Happy to find another good recipe to use my habaneros. Thanks!
