Mushroom Rice
We've been making this recipe for YEARS! A former neighbor turned my mother on to this recipe and it has now become a must-make for my sister and I. The only thing different we do is that we use beef broth and a little more butter, which is delish also, but the chicken broth probably gives it a more subtle taste. Thanks for sharing this recipe, Jennifer! I hope others give it try! I think they too will add to their "must make" collection!

Company Cauliflower
This is such a tasty way to make cauliflower! My mom and grams used to make cauliflower with onions, oil and breadcrumbs, then fried it all together, then baked it for about half hour to blend and toast breadcrumbs. But I must say, I much prefer cauliflower this way now!!! Thanks so much for this delicious recipe. Very easy to make too. I used light sour cream and I didn't think the taste was compromised. This tasted even BETTER the next day as the sauce thickened up. I think this would be nice also if you wanted to add a couple of more veggies to it. All in all, this is definitely a keeper! Thanks for this great recipe, Naomi! Mmm-mm!!!

Fancy Chicken Salad
YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!! Excellent chicken salad! The only thing I changed was I used shredded cucumber (for a more Greek taste) because I didn't have red pepper on hand, and I added a soup-spoonful of sour cream! It was DELISH! It also helps that my husband and I eat anything with feta cheese too, which is why I wanted to try this. Thank you so much Chris, recipe is defintely a keeper! This would be an excellent dish for the summer too!
