Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere
This was my first time making mussels and it turned out fabulous. A great recipe and very simple! I also read the allrecipes.com article on cleaning mussels but the ones I bought were mostly clean and debearded already. I followed someone else's tip on doubling the sauce and serving over pasta, and I don't think I will do it that way again as it did not really add anything.
