Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
I took the most helpful person's review by cutting the flour down and adding more PB plus the foil for the last 20 mins so it didn't get overly dark. Turned out perfect BUT I think I may add banana extract next time to kick up the banana flavor...:)

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
It is absolutly amazing and when teamed up with the "Rolled Cookie" recipe you will have a match made in heaven. I highly recommend purchasing the paste colors from the Craft stores over the liquid colorings from the grocery store. Keep the consistancy thicker for non-messy spreading. I used a squeeze bottle for easy control and a paint brush (also from Michaels). :) Good luck...use this for all occasions. :) Keep the cookies 1/2 inch for softer cookies!

Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
What a change from the typical Christmas cookie! I made sure I used a full Tbs of dough, flattened it and then placed the rolo in the middle of each. Be sure to roll in hands very well--I did not flatten--these naturally flatten. I doubled this recipe and not even one had caramel seep-age. No worries. ;) I melted white bark in a saucepan on low and placed it in a plastic baggie, cut the corner & neatly drizzled the tops. I also added green & red sugars for color. Devine! My Fiance took these to work and everyone thought they were store bought. lol! I will make these an annual staple in my Christmas cookies. :) THANKS!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
I highly suggest having ~2~ (24) mini muffin pans. It's a pain to have to cool the chocolate cups in the pan in between bakes--really slowed me down. With 2 it would be a snap! You could also use a rolo and top w/ crushed pecans or pretzels- yummy! This is a must have recipe and they freeze wonderfully! :)

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2007
Terrific! I took some else's suggestion--added an extra 1/4 Peanut Butter, used oreo crusts, crushed 6 Mini-Reese PB Cups on the bottom & quarted 8 on the top of the pie--also crushing some in the center. (APPEARANCES are everything afterall...lol) & also drizzled he Reese candy "shell". Yummy! I gave one pie away out of fear my fiance & I would eat both...lol!

Pumpkin Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2004
Superb Recipe- M.J! I made these cookies for my works annual cookie exchange and they were a total hit! I made half w/ butterscoth morsals & half w/ the new cinnamon morsals- YUMMM! I used 100% Pure Pumpkin from Libby. And added a 1/4 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice. The dough is VERY STICKY. I ended up scooping the dough w/ a spoon & putting it in a sm. bowl filled with cinnamon & suger (mixed) after it is well sugered- you can roll w/o sticking:) Everyone at work thought by the smell of these cookies that they were cinnamon bunns-I faked them out! Make sure to SPRAY THE COOKIE SHEET HEAVILY!!! You will definately be baking for a while 12-16 minutes depending on size of cookies. **They will look a bit doughy when taking them out- but they are done & ready to eat:P Hope this helps! Happy holidays all!
