Rosemary Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls

I made these rolls last night and baked them this morning.I divided the dough into two equal parts.Each dough yielded 20 small rolls(pingpong ball size)I put blue cheese in the other half and plain rolls for the other half because my husband doesn't like blue cheese and I love it.Also I used a cup of whole wheat flour and a cup of bread flour and added vital gluten.The dough rose high first but after I shaped the rolls, and let them rest overnight, they flattened and didn't rise even after baking.Yet they were delicious but a little dense.I will make them again but I will add eggs to add more protein.Thank you Chep John...Neri Kawashima Kawasaki City ,Japan

Chef John's Pork al Latte

I cooked this Pork Al latte today and Polenta. Indeed Chep John is true to his words.It is the most delicious pork stew I have ever cooked and eaten.I could not find fresh sage so I used dried sage from the Spice section of the supermarket here in Japan.I was afraid I would not find it and wondered what herb I could substitute.My family specially my son loved it and asked for the recipe.My husband is not really fond of cream but he had it with content.Thank you so much for this recipe and the most of his recipes that I have tried which are good as well.I have yet to rate them...Neri Kawashima, Kawasaki City, Japan

Kraut Bierocks

I just acquired my new bread machine and Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer.Have been trying different breads from All Recipes.Com.These Kraut Bierocks are delicious.A lot of hand work but worth it.But the stand mixer make the work much easier.My son and my husband ate 3 buns each.The recipe said it will yield 10 but they are so big so the other half of the dough, I made them smaller. and also I put more filling because the dough really stretched like a rubber, so easy to handle.I am sure every teacher at my school will ask for the recipe when I bring some for sampler.Thank you for this delicious and fantastic bread recipe...Neri Kwashima, Kawasaki, Japan
