Grilled Asian Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
Super easy and so flavorful. I pounded out the chicken and only marinated for about 10-15 minutes. I grilled and then added to the peanut butter noodle recipe on here. Very tasty.

This is good for a quick dinner, can't really picture eating it for breakfast.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2011
This would have been 5 stars except for 2 minor alterations in my book. I think there is too much garlic, I will use about half next time. (and we love garlic) And it's too thick. I added a little milk to thin it out. Otherwise it's delish.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
The only thing I did differently was reduce the sugar by about half. After the chicken was done, I poured the sauce over steamed green beans. Yum, yum, yum!

Bob Evans® Sausage Pinwheels

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
These are such a tasty little treat. I added a little garlic powder, onion powder and sage to the dough before adding the sausage. However, I'm not sure it was necessary. I think using the sage sausage or a hot sausage would be really good. I'm not sure why some are pre-cooking the sausage, it's an unnecessary step.

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
My kids loved these, definitely a keeper. Followed the recipe to a T. ETA: Made this a second time and turned it into a dinner with grilled chicken and sauteed snow peas mixed in. Phenomenal!! Instead of adding peanuts at the end, I just use chunky peanut butter in the sauce.

Seriously easy and seriously good!! I used a good quality salsa and made my own taco seasoning. Served them w/ homemade guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese and shredded lettuce.

Almond Orange Crusted Chicken with Fennel Arugula Salad

This got mixed reviews in our house. I liked it a lot, it was very refreshing and healthy. Husband didn't care for it.

Saucy Green Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
These were good for a different way to serve green beans. I didn't care for the sweetness in the sauce and would probably leave out the sugar all together next time.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
I used mayo w/ olive oil and a little bit of Miracle Whip. Mixed that w/ the parmesan cheese. Butterflied the chicken breast and "dipped" them in the mayo mixture. Then coated all over w/ breadcrumbs (seasoned w/ garlic, onion powder, paprika, s&p). Very good result however thought they could use a little more seasoning.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
This was good, however I feel the cooking time is way off. Our salmon was definitely overcooked and dry. If we do this again, we will adjust the cooking time.

Good, simple meal. I wasn't completely "wow'd" by this meal but it was good. And can't beat how easy it is to make and clean up!

Carrot and Ginger Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
Wow, this should definitely be called GINGER and carrot soup :) The ginger dominates, not necessarily in a bad way, but it's a little overpowering and I even removed some before pureeing the soup. I definitely prefer some of the other fall soups over this one.

Hoisin-Ginger Beef Skewers

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
I made these with chicken because we didn't have any steak in the freezer. I only marinated them for an hour and they were delicious! Next time I will marinate all day long and reserve some of the marinade aside for dipping. We ate these for dinner with chinese buffet green beans, but they would be a great appetizer!

I don't usually care for salmon, but this was pretty good. My husband and friend who do like salmon said it was unbelievable, so I'll definitely be using this again.

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
Hubby and I like this, kids did not care for it. I think 2 cans of black beans would be a little much. Added 2-3 teaspoons of lime juice at the end.
