Ok, I royally screwed up the dumpling part on this because I bought frozen dough rolls. Which I think would work, however I didn't let them thaw and rise for the required amount of time and they just stayed little dough balls. However, the taste of the chicken was awesome and we served it over rolls that we already had. Next time I will follow the directions and I know it will be good. 8/14/12 - made again with correct biscuits and it was very good. I left out the butter, I think it needs some seasonings next time and I will trying subbing the water for chicken broth.
