Brown Sugar-Rum Pound Cakes

I thought this was easy to make and it came out great, I didn't have pecans, so I used walnuts it was a hit everyone devoured the cake within minutes of putting it on the table the only change I made was to just add rum both light and dark rum to the topping and no water with the sugar and butter it wowed everyone and you can really taste the rum throughout the cake. Thanks for a great cake.

Apricot Brandy and Peach Schnapps Pound Cake

This cake was perfect it was moist and wonderful with ice cream on the side. The holes were the only problem if they are not wide enough the filling doesn't get in the cake. I used a skewer next time I will use a new screwdriver or letter opener unused. It would make a wider hole for the filling to get. It was a greate cake my guest just raved about it. Also I added more peach schnapps to the filling
