This was not a good recipe for us; no taste/flavor to it. the pinapple made it very sour. Should have added something to the Cool Whip for more flavor. If I were to try it again I'd add Jello pudding mix to the Cool Whip, but right now I'm not planning on making this again.

Apple Spice Rice

Wonderful side dish. My husband doesn't normally like ricey type dishes went back for seconds! I added slivered almond along with the other ingredients and the only change I will make next time is to double the recipe! It went well withe the Apple Butter Pork Loin from this site; however I used a turkey loin instead of pork.

Summer Style Chicken

Our whole family enjoyed this dish! I made two simple changes, I cubed my chicken instead of trying to bake whole pieces and added a small can of Rotel tomatoes along with the stewed tomatoes. The Rotel gave it a very nice flavor. We will be adding this to our meal rotation very often I think!

The Best Banana Bread

Great bread recipe! I've made the banana and also several variations with this recipe. Comes out great everytime. I've switched banana for pumpkin and a dash of pumpkin pie spice and I also tried it with chunky applesauce and a dash of cinnamon. Both were excellent just like the banana bread!

Gingerbread Men

These cookies turned out great! The dough was really stiff to roll out but not sticky which made it easy for my kids to help with. The taste is excellent and we got many compliments on these cookies over the holidays.
