White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: May 5, 2014
We loved this recipe !! The only thing I added was mushrooms, and used fresh spinach.. I bought a rotisserie chicken, just to make it easier and I bought wheat lasagna noodles, then put it all together and heated in the microwave. This is on my top 10 recipes... Yummy!!!

Simple Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2012
Followed exactly, great winter comfort meal, easy and taste great. With that being said, its very unhealthy, will try it next time with low sodium soups and try different seasonings instead of onion soup mix. Instead of potatoes, use carrots and broccoli, pork was so tender and love mushrooms.. great recipe

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
I absolutly loved these, made 4 patties, used only 1/4 c basil tomato feta cheese, and chopped a little onion, and black olives, used chicken broth to simmer in, and these were wonderful. Froze leftovers for lunches. Think I will leave olives and add mushrooms next time, for more healthly meal.

German Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
Lived in Germany for 3 years, loved the potatoe salads. This recipe was a little to sweet, will cut back on the sugar next time and try different vinegars. My husband liked it.

Raspberry Tilapia

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
I cook Tilapia quite often. This recipe was to sweet and just had an overall bad flavor, I will stay with my lemon pepper and dill weed, really brings out the flavor instead of covering it up..

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
This was very different, I liked the flavor and my husband said it was a nice change for chicken. I dipped the breast in buttermilk, and then in chopped pecans, and fried with a little olive oil and butter on both sides just til golden, put on baking sheet that had been sprayed with pam, and baked for 20 min at 375. I didn't have any Bourbon, so I used Rum instead, and the sauce tasted pretty good, will try the bourbon next time.

My husband couldn't get enough of this soup! Wonderful flavor, I used 1/2lb hot italain sausage and 1/2lb turkey burger. Was perfect. I also added mushrooms, just because I love mushrooms, and added spinach cheese tortellini. Will have this regularly during the winter months

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
I would give this 6 stars if I could, it is wonderful... healthly, and I followed directions exactly. I love it cold for a snack, or warmed up as a side dish. I even made burritos with this as the filling with a little shredded chicken. YUM
