Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip
My picky husband (who hates jalapeƱos) said it was the best spinach artichoke dip he has ever had! I may have thrown in a little extra seasonings I like (Lawry's , parsley & onion salt), 2 tsps. of garlic paste & more sour cream but with or without those additions this is a five star delicious recipe. Can't wait to make it again (drooling). Before I baked mine, I topped it with a mixture of cheeses & then a layer of bread crumbs (Panko & Italian) mixed with margarine to give it a nice little crunch at the top. You can see in the pic. it came out looking like a casserole. Thank you so much!!!!

Meatloaf With a Twist
Loved it! Used 1 lb. ground pork & 1 lb. ground beef. I bought Evans Garlic Mashed potatoes vs. making my own & added cream cheese flavored with onions & chives vs. Ricotta. Instead of plain salt, I used several of my favorite seasonings like Lawry's seasoning salt, onion salt, garlic parsley powder & a tsp. of Italian seasoning & dry parsley vs. fresh. I topped mine with partially cooked bacon approx. 30 min. into the cooking process. You can follow the recipe exactly or do as I did & customize it to your liking. I also made a brown mushroom gravy to serve on the side.

Yummy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
I have tested many recipes & purchased several from the grocery store & none were as good as this. Reminds me of Auntie Anne's Honey Mustard Sauce for dipping pretzels & Outback's sauce for their Alice Spring's Chicken. So good!!!!
