Sophie's Zucchini Bread

I did use 1 c brown sugar and 1/2 c white. Half oil, half applesauce,added two very ripe bananas also. Made one loaf and 12 muffins. Watch bake times.. loaf done 50 mins, muffins 15 mins. and oven set to 325. This recipe is a Keeper!! Thank you for sharing! So yummy and super moist.

Indonesian Satay

Cut the recipe in half as I was cooking for two. It's not like me to completely follow a recipe, but this time I did! This chicken recipe is awesome!! I didn't make the peanut sauce as I think it's the first time in 40 yrs. I was out of peanut butter:-( I will be making this again very soon.. we both loved it!! Thank you for sharing!!

I didn't have self rising flour so just added baking powder to AP and it worked perfect! Also used it right away ( no standing time) The flavor was so wonderful. Will use this recipe over and over! Thank you for posting this awesome recipe!

Making Crispy Onion Rings

I've made them several times now, and yes, they are the BEST crunchy rings ever! (I use beer instead of club soda, always have beer in the house)but club soda ... not so much. LOL

Golden Pork Chops

I love this recipe. Only change I make is to peel and slice potatoes on the bottom of dish first, of course added some garlic!. Complete and wonderful meal!

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

I made this as written except used 3/4 cup brown sugar (no white) as my peaches are really sweet.. The topping tastes just like Bisquick! Was awful!! The peaches were great.

Rolled Flank Steak

Oh my!!!!! What a wonderful dish. only used a slight amount of olive oil (both sides) salt/pepper.I did like others and used the bottle Roasted peppers, no bacon. I did pre cook my mushrooms and then added the fresh spinach just to wilt. Not only is the flavors perfect but looks like a real Chef cooked for us... I can hardly wait to make again and again!!!!

Creamy Orange Cake

You're my hero!!! Made this yesterday. Used White cake mix, added orange flavor, also for frosting with Dream Whip. Whole family really loved it, and we talked about other flavors you could use. This is truly a keeper!!!!!!!

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups

I made this yesterday for hubbys birthday. Wow!! This is wonderful. I did add some chocolate on bottom. Made in spring pan, Everyone wanted more..wish I had made two!! Thank you for such a awesome recipe... It's a Keeper!!!

Baked Mushroom Thighs

Cooking time was about hour. I used legs and breasts. Also used about 1/4 can of the soup to coat chicken and 3/4 can for the gravy that I served over garlic mashed. Had left overs following night and just as awesome!!!
