About this Cook
Randy Harnicker. At 31, years old, I have over ten years experience in the restaurant industry. As a server, I excel in providing a unique dining experience for each guest. As a cook, I have found myself most happy when cooking for a small group of friends (6-10 people). The approach I take is to start with a base recipe and then try to make it really shine by adding to it or enhancing already present flavors or aromas. I find that it's okay to experiment because negative or positive feedback make you a better cook. With no formal training, my palate is derived from what's familiar. I put lots of time into my favorite recipes. With each one I make, you can see the attention to detail and dedication to my craft.
