No Bake Cookies V
I made these for a BBQ, read other users comments, and followed the recipe as written, except that I used real butter. When I first added PB, oats, and vanilla there was not enough moisture to form cookies, so I put back on the stove top, added another 1/2 to 3/4 cup PB and a few splashes milk, and stirred for about a minute and then dropped on wax paper. I thought uh-oh, when they immediately became mini oatmeal pancakes, but came back about five minuted later and they were really easy to shape and even held shape when I layered them (with wax paper in between) and place in the refrigerator. The result was a huge hit, everyone loved them and I will make them again...probably even today! Might experiment some and see if I can turn it into a healthy breakfast on the go type of a bar.

Jellybean Bark
Simple, easy, fun! I made thick ones with the perfect brownie pan -- people literally had to eat the square in moderation, but they were enjoyed! I used the white chocolate with tart jelly beans and then the chocolate bark with M&Ms.

Fruit Pizza II
I made this for Easter 2011. Read many of the helpful reviews--swapped the whipped topping for marshmallow fluff (although I am sure either would be great, the fluff just seemed like it would travel better). I cooked the crust a little longer and made the night did not travel as well as I hoped and got pretty soggy after sitting on the buffet for a couple of hours, so keep cold! Was VERY easy and delicious even soggy though. Next time I will keep cold and may melt a little almond bark to create a layer over the crust and hopefully keep it a little more firm.
