Roasted Duck

this recipe was so easy and soooo good, i made a 5lb duck and my husband and i ate all of it. i didnt use the butter because ducks are pretty fatty anyway, and it still turned out so crisp and a beautiful golden color.

Cinnamon Honey Butter

this was great! i love honey butter and when i found this i figured id give it a try. i was a little worried about the powederd sugar, but you cant even taste it. its amazing on french toast, or anything youd normaly put cinnamon sugar on.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

mmmmm! this was so good, i halved it for just me and my husband and it was perfect. the cheese to noodle balance was great. nice. thick, and creamy sauce with just the right amount of pepper and mustard.

Lemon Cream Puffs

oh my god, these were so good and easy to make. the only thing that was odd is the egg cooked a little scrambled-like in the lemon mix, i just strained it out with a mesh strainer and it came out perfect!

seriously deliciouse and addicting!! this came out so great i cant stop from eating it. i think it would be great as well if you wanted to simply cube up and tenderize some chicken peices and make popcorn chicken with it.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

these were amazingly fantastic. the refigerating make such a big difference, do not skip that step. and im not generaly one for any heat, but the sauce really complieted things wings.

Sparkling Holiday Jam

made this for holiday gifts and it came out so good! it looks beautiful and tastes even better. my pot wasnt quite big enough to pour in all the sugar and i couldnt get it to a boil, so i just kept it on the heat and tasted it every minute or so untill the sugar was fully disolved. thank you for sharing!

this turned out so great! it did take me a little longer to cook then posted, but it was so worth it. i personaly like a lot of sauce, so i double it, but the recomended coats all the noodles just fine.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

omg! these were amazing! i excluded the walnuts (im not a huge fan) but used the dove caramel chocolates and it was fantastic! im honestly at a loss for words at how delicious these were. im so glad i found them and would recommend them to everyone.

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

this was so good! it took me a really long time though, because i used frozen strawberries and didnt think to thaw them out ahead of time. i made it with a whole weat crust and i think that just perfected it! it cuts the sweetness just enough to make it even better than before. oh, and also, this recipie really only makes one shallow pie, i dont know why it says it makes two.

Jif® Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

i wish i could rate these a four and a half because these tasted great, even better with the jam, but i tried baking these a few different ways and no way came out the way i expected. every cookie went flat, even after i added some extra flour to help them hold up.

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

this was deliciouse! i wasnt sure how it would come out with the honey, but it was so complimenting! the only down side i found was even though i cooked it exactly to 145 and it seemed a little dry to me, maybe just because i had to cook our 3lb leg for so long? (high altitude)

Easy OREO Truffles

these were so hard to make. i didnt think it would be a big deal but every time i tried to drop the oreo balls into the chocolate crumbs would come off and ruin the coating, making it look anything but delectable. also, not that its the recipies fault but i kept somehow burning the chocolate.

so, i only give this four stars because when i baked it, it overflowed then sank flat in the middle. i figure its probably from using the recipie for cupcakes or the altitude but the frosting was great, i used it for another set of chocolate cupcakes i made.

Zucchini Brownies

this recipie seemed very dry to me but other reviews said it would be normal. i baked it just as directed and it came out still dry and crubly along the sides and bottom, the center was nice and the frosting was amazing. but over all, kind of a dissapointment. i would maybe recomend letting it set with the zucchini for a bit to let the moisture seep in and see how it turnes out.
