Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2013
This recipe was okay. The chicken was juicy but no very flavorful. I ended up eating the onions from the sauce and no very much chicken. I enjoyed the sauce very much as did my husband, so I may have to find a way to use it in other recipes.

Ham Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
Mmmm. Added peas and a dash of cheyanne pepper. Also added white wine and italian seasoning. Sooooo yummy! I found I only needed about 3/4 cup of ham. I didn't have parsley or pimento.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
My family really enjoyed these chops. I used boneless pork and didn't trim so next time I will use less oil. I had also added a pat of butter to the sauce just for extra flavor. I didn't have lemon juice so I used red wine vinegar instead. When I pulled them from the oven, I kept 1/4 of sauce with the pork chops and made gravy form the 3/4 of the sauce. It turned out great! I used the gravy for the chops and rice and served brussel sprouts with the meal. I almost had the leftovers for breakfast! But I waited for lunch and it was just as good!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
I used a 1.5 lb roast and this was awesome. Only had to cook about 45 minutes and let sit - turned out medium, medium rare. I used the drippings as others suggested for gravy, good, but SALTY. I would suggest to cut back on the salt for sure. But this turned out very good and yummy!
