Homemade Flour Tortillas
These are definitely 5+++ stars. Amazing!! Followed the recipe exactly and they turned out beautifully. I've never made tortillas before. After my first two, when I realized you have to roll them as thin as possible (don't skimp on the flour on your surface or your pin), they were perfect! Thin, toasty, chewy & delicious! I might invest in a tortilla press because the only negative thing about this recipe was that it was time-consuming to roll out the tortillas as thin as they need to be. If I had a press, I would never buy store bought tortillas again. Thank You!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are some tasty chocolate chip cookies. Much better than the old Tollhouse recipe. The pudding makes them stand up a bit higher and they seem to stay chewier for longer. The first time I made them they seemed kind of 'greasy'... but in that good buttery way. I just made a batch where I swapped half the butter and put in 1/2 c. of unsweetened applesauce. Still chewy and delicious, but don't leave your fingers greasy. Yum! Also tried this recipe w/ red and green M&Ms for Christmas and it worked very well.

These are delicious! I didn't have a food processor big enough to make the dough, so I did it my stand mixer and it worked out great. Make sure you keep the point on the underside of the cookie, to prevent it from unrolling during baking. Definitely worth the time it takes to bake these!
