Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
Very good! Simple and made my cookies look amazing by clustering the chocolate chips on top of my dough mounds. They baked nicely and looked cool!

Individual Chocolate Souffles

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
I love making souffles. TIP: after filling the ramekin, fold a soft towel or use a pot holder, and bang the bottom of the mold on it. The mixture will fall to the bottom of the mold and allow for a better rise evenly. Then fill the mold to the top.

Easy Pavlova

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
Made this a few times and my friend gave me a few TIPS: Have the eggs at room temperature. Helps them to rise better. Also key - let it cool inside the oven with the door slightly open.

I didn't have brown sugar and used 1 cup of bakers sugar and 4 bananas. A pinch of salt, 1/3 cup butter, 1 egg and 1 1/2 cups of flour. This made me 12 muffins. YUMMY YUMMY!

Lemon Curd

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
Sweet and refreshing lemon curd. TIP: I prefer melting the butter in my double boiler first. When creamy soft I add the eggs and other ingredients.

Scones

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
Always better to have fresh scones. I've made this several times. If you are like me and don't have a pastry cutter, a fork works well, or you can cut the butter in to small slices or chunks and then work with a fork. This recipe is scones made simple.

Candied Citrus Peel

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
Yummy Candied Lemon Peel. I wanted the peel to be a bit more frosted. So after doing the process I let the peel dry over night. Then put them into a zip lock with some bakers sugar and shook it. Great way to sugar coat the peels.

Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
This gave me the idea to make them bite sized. I cute the potatoes into bites and boiled them till just half cooked. Then tossed in seasoning and wrapped in bacon pined with a toothpick. Bake for 30min at 400. My parties LOVE THEM!!!

Vanilla Cupcake

Just made these and they turned out looking great. But I agree with some reviews, it needed some modifying. I recommend using some oil to keep them moist.
