Asian Ginger Dressing

This is a great recipe! I am going to try sesame oil and add a few toasted sesame seeds like some other reviews have suggested. I like using the honey as in the recipe instead of sugar as some other people have suggested because I think it is a healthier and still tastes great. Will definately be making again!

Baked Kale Chips

I love Kale Chips! I haven't tried making them with just cooking spray, but I love tossing them in olive oil. Also playing around with different spices is fun too, but they are just as good with ordinary table salt. My fiance is very picky when it comes to vegetables and he absolutely LOVED these when I first made them. Now he asks for them when I haven't made them in a while :) They are so good for you and are so easy to make! Watch your cook time though because they can be tricky, you definitely don't want them to burn.

Creamy Chicken Bog With A Kick

This is so yummy and satisfying! It is one of my fiance's favorites and mine too. I love it because it truly is a one pot meal so clean up is a breeze. I added mushrooms, used boneless chilcken breasts cut into small cubes, and cream of celery soup. (I only made this many changes because I was trying to use what I had on hand.) It was amazing! It is my newest staple dinner, and I love how you can easily add/change it and it is still so tasty!

Quick Ziti with Swiss Cheese and Ham

This is an extremely easy and tasty way to use up that extra holiday ham. I only gave it 4 stars because I changed a few things based on other reviews. I sliced the ham before I cooked it and added some garlic while frying it. After tossing it a couple of minutes in the oil, I added a little water (maybe 1/3 cup) then covered the pan with a lid. I did this so it would continue to heat the ham by steam and not burn or need additional oil, it also allows you to not have to constantly stir or flip the ham. I then drained it prior to adding to the pasta. I added shredded swiss cheese and steamed broccoli for some color. I topped the dish with crushed red pepper flakes. It was very yummy, will definitely make it again!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

This was so fantastic I think it is my new favorite way to cook chicken! The flavor is so wonderful and it is super easy to make. It is perfectly seasoned and the lime juice complements it nicely. I did add about 1/4 cup of chicken stock along with the lime juice and now I wish I had added more because the sauce is so yummy. My fiance and I loved it! Thank you for this recipe, I have already e-mailed it to my mom and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a new chicken recipe!

Vinegar Cookies

These are absolutely fabulous! They are so easy to make that my 3 1/2 year old stepdaughter helped me make them. I didn't think I was going to be able to get her to stop eating the dough because it tasted so good! (And because there is no egg I didn't have to worry about her eating it.) I made each batch a little differently. The first I made according to the recipe but added 1/2 tsp of vanilla as suggested by another reviewer; the second, I made with some chocolate chips; and the third I made with the chocolate chips and rolled them in raw sugar. WOW! Each one version was fantastic! I love how they all the ingredients are kitchen staples so if you are in a bind and need an easy and versatile cookie recipe, this is truly it!
