Glazed Cinnamon Biscuits

Delicious! So easy, too. The only change I made was to add cinnamon to the flour mixture, and extra to the sugar/cinnamon combo.

Classic Cabbage Rolls

Quite tasty. I didn't use the V-8, and used olive oil instead of butter to be more heart-healthy, and to save time (and use what I had on hand), I added brussel sprouts to the skillet rather than rolling the meat in cabbage.

Tangy Almond Chicken Kabobs

I make a very similar recipe in a pan with a few changes. Add soy sauce and garlic salt to the marinade. Plus, I use olive oil, which is healthier.
