Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
I made this into a noodle salad, and it was amazing! I tripled all the ingredients for the sauce, other than the oils, I kept those the same, and I used honey instead of sugar. I thickened the sauce using cornstarch. I then added some shredded carrots and zucchini into the sauce, and let it cook a little before adding them to the noodles. I also doubled the amount of green onions. I didn't have sesame seeds, so I toasted some peanuts, crushed them and added it in. It tasted better the next day after the noodles really absorbed the sauce. The sauce really is amazing (and simple)! Thank you for sharing this recipe!! Oh and my bf added crumbled feta cheese to his bowl of noodle salad, and it actually tasted really good with feta cheese!

Carrots Au Gratin

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
This was delicious!! I used 3 1/2 cups of sliced carrots, instead of 4 1/2, so it was creamier/cheesier.. I added other spices too (garlic powder, more black pepper and some cayenne pepper). I mixed sweet baby carrots with regular ones, so it had a nice sweetness to it too. And I used grated cheddar cheese and onion flavored crackers. Will definitely be making this again!

Caramel Crispy Treats II

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
These were soooooo good! I made them for a school bake sale, and they were a big hit with the kids! They preferred these to the standard marshmallow kind. I made them using Mars chocolate, I added an extra bar of Mars, so it was more caramely/chocolatey, and I skipped the chocolate on top as recommended by other reviewers.

Potato Chips

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
I made these with sweet potato instead, and I added cajun spices to it and it was just amazing! It took around 6-7 minutes to brown in the microwave. Will keep making these! Such a delicious (and healthy) snack!

Dawn's Candied Walnuts

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
This was really easy and delicious! I used pecans instead of walnuts, and instead of 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, I used just 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, so it also had some cloves/nutmeg/ginger flavors, which turned out wonderful!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
This was amazing and super easy! As suggested, I made it in advance and refrigerated it for a few hrs. I followed the recipe exactly, but since I only wanted 4 molten cakes, I halved the recipe (I used 3 medium eggs instead of 2.5 large eggs). I used 120g of lindt chocolate (half milk choc and half 70% dark), and it was absolutely heavenly. It was even better than most fondants I've had at restaurants.
