Holiday Chicken Salad

Like some other reviewers, I added several dashes of poultry seasoning and garlic powder to the mayo mixture. Instead of 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries, I used 1 cup. I also omitted the bell pepper. I usually serve it with whole wheat Wheat Thins. EVERYONE asks me for this recipe!!!! Oh, and it's better the next day!

Mini Sour Cream Biscuits

Classic Rice Pilaf

This tasted very good. I prefer my pilaf with a little veggies in it, but aside from that it was great. Cooked up perfectly and accompanied my chicken wonderfully!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

I didn't try the frosting, but instead used Cool Whip vanilla frosting. AMAZING!!! It was even better the next day. It was sooooo moist! I will DEFINITELY be making this many more times!

Parmesan Chicken I

It tasted good, but...after cooking for 8 hours on low the rice was mush, the parmesan burned along the edges, and the chicken was dry. It was also a little too salty for my taste. I think if I did 6 hours on low and added the rice and parmesan 1/2 way through it would be much better.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

After it's cooked I add a bag of frozen broccoli florets, 1/2 a bag of frozen sliced peppers & vegetables, 2 cups of water and 4 Tbs cornstarch and heat until bubbly. I serve it all over rice. Yum!
