Moroccan Chickpea Stew
Superb. This recipe is so delicious. I followed it exactly except I threw in a can of hominy just because I had it and wanted to use it up. I also doubled the garam masala since I added extra ingredients. It made 7-8 servings for me and I look forward to eating every one. Tomorrow I want to make homemade naan to go with. I wanted to give this six stars. Delightful and soul satisfying. Bravo.

California Potato Salad
Simple to make and absolutely spectacular. When I read the recipe I thought I would add some scallion, but when I tasted it before adding the scallion, I realized that it doesn't need it. I did add the scallion only because I had it chopped and ready to go, and it was lovely with the scallion as well. But this recipe is actually perfect just the way it's written.

Best Black Beans
OMG... these beans were PHENOMENAL.... I would have sworn up and down that you can't make a can of beans taste good but I was dead wrong. I'll be making these beans again and again. I didn't change a thing.
