Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2003
Absolutely fantastic! Like another reviewer we tried this because we had some tilapia and all the ingredients necessary. This may be the best fish I've ever tasted. The parmesan "sauce" was much thinker than I would have expected and a little difficult to spread on the fish but the end result was outstanding. I will be making this again and again.

Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
Just made this, only difference is I used black beans instead garbanzo beans, and peanut butter instead of tahini. (I didn't have tahini paste and read you could use peanut butter instead.) This is delicious!

Honeyed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
I don't really care for oven-baked chops but love anything with soy sauce...so I marinated the chops with the below ingredients except I left the water out, doubled the pepper, used dried onion (about a TBS) and soaked for 30 minutes. Cooked in the skillet just long enough to cook not leatherize....excellent taste and texture. I am giving a 4 because I didn't quite follow instructions...

Sour Cream Chicken Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
Excellent! The only thing I did differently was use up some turkey left over from TG instead of using chicken! Perfectly delicious!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Excellent! I followed the recipe except for the Swiss cheese...didn't have any. Put Mexican cheese mix instead. I thought the flavor was excellent, and I cannot tolerate bland...this was not in the least bland. Thank you for this great keeper.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2011
This is fantastic! Actually use Cheezit's Hot & Spicy instead of buttery rounds and put a local homemade jalepeno cranberry jelly on top - everything else the same, YUMMY!!! Even the pickiest-ever elderly dad eats this and loves it!! Thank you for this fabulous recipe!

Southern Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2012
Awesome flavor. I will say that 4 cups of water is not needed, I actually cooked it on low all night and then left top off for hours on high to cook out the liquid. Was perfect once the water cooked down. Next time will use 1 cup water. The kick was perfect!

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2012
Absolutely delicious! Not a Weight Watchers menu lol, but definitely a best ever! The only thing I did differently is leave out the mushrooms, but only because I didn't have any. My spouse couldn't believe I went from "what to do with leftover baked ham" to "oh my word best quiche ever!" Thank you so much!! This will be a Thanksgiving and Christmas morning specialty!

Herb Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2012
Awesome. Delicious flavor! Served for Christmas dinner and only one tiny slice left. I doubled the rub and glaze as per some suggestions but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter. Will definitely serve this again!
